been residential construction for more than 26 years.
Wayne started out framing houses with his dad, and
later took over
Siegmund Construction,
framing custom homes in the central Texas area. In 1999,
Siegmund Custom Homes began building custom homes with
the goals of giving the Homeowner the best possible
experience in the construction of the new home and the
most value for their money without compromising on quality.

Design:
Will assist with your Architect or we have a
local Architect to design your home to meet your desires
and budget.
Pricing: The homeowner
is given an itemized cost breakdown for your new home.
The homeowner also has control over the pricing, because
you pick out the flooring, finishes and fixtures. Our
job as the builder is to assist you with these selections,
along with my suppliers, all home owners are given our
pricing. We do not mark up any material. Your bid will
show all cost plus fee of fixed price.
Workmanship: We have an
excellent group of subcontractors, who are some of the
best in their trade. We will only use our group of subcontractors.
We do not shop for the cheapest trades.
Quality: We personally
inspect the work on a daily basis. We are not satisfied
with a job until the homeowner is satisfied.
Philosophy: We build limited number of homes
each year, to ensure that every home that we build receives
the amount of attention needed to ensure a quality home
and a pleasant experience for you the homeowner.
